1. Sponsor: ENE Motors (“Sponsor”), located at 9503 Washington Ave, Racine, WI.
2. Eligibility and Entry Period: Open to individuals age 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, their immediate family members, and members of their households are not eligible. Entries must be submitted in person at ENE Motors during the following hours: Saturday, November 21, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
All times are Central Time. Entrants must be present to submit an entry but need not be present at the drawing to win. Void where prohibited by law.
3. How to Enter: Complete an official entry form at Sponsor's location during the entry period with your name and phone number. No purchase, payment, test drive, or sales presentation is required. Limit one (1) entry per person for the entire Sweepstakes. Additional entries submitted by the same person will be void. Entries must be complete, legible, and received before the entry period closes.
4. Prizes: Three (3) prizes will be awarded:
• Grand Prize: One (1) $500 Visa Gift Card. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $500.00. Gift card is subject to the issuer's terms and conditions.
• Second Prize: One (1) 55-inch Smart TV. ARV: $299.00
• Third Prize: One (1) Courtesy Oil Change at ENE Motors. ARV: $120.00. Not valid for exotic or classic cars. Service must be scheduled in advance, performed at ENE Motors, and completed by February 27, 2027.
Total ARV of all prizes: $919.00
Limit one (1) prize per person. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged with Sponsor for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winners are responsible for applicable taxes and any expenses not expressly included with the prize. No payment to Sponsor is required to receive a prize.
5. Drawing and Notification: A random drawing from all eligible entries received will take place at ENE Motors on Saturday, November 21, 2026, shortly after entries close at 5:00 PM. The first eligible entry drawn will receive the Grand Prize, the second will receive Second Prize, and the third will receive Third Prize.
Each selected entrant will be removed from consideration for subsequent prizes.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners need not be present to win and will be notified by phone at the number provided on their entry form within 24 hours after the drawing. Selection is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
6. Winner Verification and Prize Pickup: Potential winners must respond within 48 hours after Sponsor's first notification attempt. Winners must provide valid identification confirming their age and identity and complete any tax documentation required by applicable law.
The Grand Prize and Second Prize must be picked up at ENE Motors, 9503 Washington Ave, Racine, WI, within seven (7) calendar days after Sponsor confirms the winner's eligibility, unless Sponsor agrees to a different pickup arrangement. Delivery is not included. The Third Prize winner must respond and complete verification within the applicable deadlines above, but may redeem the Courtesy Oil Change by February 27, 2027, subject to the restrictions in Section 4.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond by the deadline, is ineligible, declines a prize, or fails to complete verification or collect the prize within the applicable deadline, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. The same verification and response requirements apply to alternate winners.
7. Publicity: By clicking “I agree” to these Official Rules, entrants authorize ENE Motors, if selected as a winner, to announce their name, photograph and video-record their prize presentation, and use their name, photographs, videos, and likeness to announce and promote the Sweepstakes in digital and printed materials without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
8. Release: To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release Sponsor and its employees and agents from claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of a prize. This provision does not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
9. Privacy: Sponsor will use entry information to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, and contact potential winners. Entry information may be shared with service providers solely as necessary to administer the Sweepstakes or as required by law. Marketing consent, if requested, is optional and is not required to enter or win. Choosing whether to receive marketing communications will not affect an entrant's chances of winning.
10. Governing Law: The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin and applicable federal law.
11. Additional Terms: Sponsor may disqualify entries resulting from tampering, fraud, or violations of these Official Rules. If fraud, technical failures, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially compromise the fairness or integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel the affected portion, subject to applicable law. Any material changes will be posted at Sponsor's location. If the Sweepstakes ends early, Sponsor will, where reasonably possible and lawful, award the prizes by random drawing from eligible, unaffected entries received before termination.
